Swimming
Same Difference offers a minimum of three swimming sessions a week with intermittent hydrotherapy pool sessions at Tweendykes School. The benefits of swimming include gross motor and cognitive skill development, muscle strengthening and fitness as well as improving overall communication skills. Swimming fosters trust, builds confidence and helps to develop friendships. Let’s not forget how great swimming is for socialisation and relaxation.
Arts and Crafts
There are many benefits from Art and Craft activities; exercise and strengthening, cognitive and physical skill development, tactile, visual, sensory and motor skill development. Whilst all our sessions aim to provide lots of fun, the raising of confidence, self-esteem and sense of achievement is also invaluable.
